The Search for Santa Paws - Pre-Release DVD review

My seven year old son was so excited, when I told him we were going to watch The Search for Santa Paws pre-release DVD.

This movie is a prequel to the movie “Santa Buddies”, which was a great movie that my son enjoyed to watch.

The Search for Santa Paws is a movie about Santa and his new best friend, Paws ( the cute white dog), who take a trip to New York to restore Christmas spirit to the girls and boys.

However after Santa loses his memory, its up to Paws and Quinn - a foster girl he becomes friends with, to find Santa.

This is a heartwarming, and magical story about friendships. The movie takes us through great scenes such as Santa's North Pole home, and Santa's sleigh passing the Stature of Liberty.

There were scenes in the movie where my seven year old son didn't understand, like what the foster care home was all about, and why the not so very nice Miss Doubt, who is in charge of the foster care home was a mean lady. After explaining it to him, he continued to watch the movie with eagerness to find out what happens.

The movie continues with lots of adventures that Paws, Quinn and the other girls from the foster home go through, in order to find Santa. At the end of the movie my son said "I really liked it mum, the dogs were cute!" The dogs are the highlight of the movie as they are adorable and fun for the kids to watch.

The Search for Santa Paws will be available in stores on DVD and Blu-Ray, 10th November 2010!
