Slow cooker recipe: Veggie Pasta soup

I am loving my slow cooker that I bought a few months ago. I have tried a new recipe recently, the Veggie Pasta soup and the whole family love it.

The ingredients I used are:

2 yellow squash, choppped
2 zucchini, sliced
1 package of frozen corn ( or you can use peas)
1 red capsicum chopped
1 can stewed or diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon of italian mixed herbs
2 teaspoons dried oregano
400ml of liquid beef stock
250g of pasta

I place all the ingredients in the slow cooker. Let it cook on low for 6-8hrs. About 30mins before it is finished I put the 250g of pasta in the slow cooker and thats it! Its so simple and you can use any vegetables that you like.

Yummy. I rarely ever use my slow cooker and then I go home and there is nothing to eat so I eat cereal. :)
