Love, Love, Love you and your blog, but have always been a HUGE fan of Sunspirit and I am a liker of their page on Facebook. I have also shared and liked as well from you Facebook page too.

Now, as for relaxing, I love to take care of my 5 children and my husband and when all is quiet, I like to grab the chance to soak when I can in a hot bath, with some candles and a glass of wine, and if that's not possible, I love to chill out reading some blogs, answering emails, and catching up on Kidspot while having a glass of something cold!

If all else fails, when everyone is at school/preschool, I love to go and do some window shopping.. Hehehe ;-)

Thanks for the chance to enter. xx
Take care. :-)

My ideal relaxation mode is rocking in a big hammock with lots of cushions, a cool breeze with a hint of frangipani, some green tea, a good book and if it can be organised a light 'don't get up' sunshower.

Have liked Sunspirit and your fine self on facebook.

A night under the stars with my girlfriends on the porch, dozens of candles blazing, music sung and played on random acoustic instruments and loads of laughs.
Hats and sunnys even though it's dark. Funny that.

I like to either have a nice hot bath and read a book or just find a quiet spot at home and read or paint my nails. Relaxation time for me is very rare though these days with an 11 month old so it only ever happens when hubby gives me so time to myself unfortunately.

I have liked and liked

At the end of each day, I look forward to having the kitchen tidy, the oil burner lit freshening the home, a Video in the VCR taping my choice of the day and into my PJs in to be to read for at least 3hrs. On nights when this does not happen, I go to bed feeling stressed out and anything bar relaxed

I forgot to add my email address, but I would rather it not published on your blog if that is ok?

Reside to the ocean at sunset with peach coloured 'sun spirit' rays nurturing me, listening to the sound of crashing waves as the tide moves out, it's like a giant heartbeart on the shore. It reminds me that we are part of nature, at One, and it brings me peace and relaxation.

My favourite pampering times are my weekly facial speciale - where I do my usual routine but add in a luxurious face and eye mask, pop a Dusk candle on, some Enya and lay back for 20 mins....HEAVEN♥♥♥

Having a warm bath with relaxing aromatherapy oils is the best way to relax at the end of the day. Burning essential oil in an oil burner, and a scented candle in the bathroom sets the mood.

Close my eyes, gently gently breathe, let my mind wander and drift at will away away to times, places known, unknown. Use aromas to trigger memories, sesations and thoughts. Look, Listen, smell, embrace the twilight zone.

Take the afternoon to go to the city, get myself a delicious green bubble tea, and sit down in a park or a quiet corner of the library with a great book – even if it’s relevant to my studies, it’s a great way to just get away from it all and be engrossed in what I’m reading. Plus, when I’m out of the house, I’m not always thinking of the chores that I SHOULD be doing when I’m relaxing! xD

I liked both pages on Facebook and my email address is caramellomafia@gmail.com

I like to have a warm bath with lots of bubbles in it. Nice oil in the oil burner, bathroom lit with candles, and a bottle of my favorite grape wine with some nature music playing softly if the weather is calm but if its windy like tonight I like to just listen to the wind and rain whilst in the tub.
