Beauty tips for those who didn't get a good night sleep!

I love my sleep and try to aim to get a good nights rest every night of at least eight to nine hours however this is always not possible.

So I have some tips for you if you didn't get that good night sleep and you need to look good during the day.


1. Cleanse your skin and use a nice nourishing moisturer that will plump the skin and leave it looking healthy and smooth. Putting a bit of effort to look after your skin will definitely help to make you look alive.

2. Use a concealer to conceal those under eye circles. This is good to hide those dark under eye circles that creep up when you don't have enough sleep.

3. Use a illuminator to give your skin a nice glow to it. I like to use powder illuminator as it is quick to use and easy to apply with a brush. A little is all you need to give you a nice glow around the cheek area, middle of your nose and chin area.

4. Use a bright lipstick to draw attention away from your eyes. Any bright lipstick will do the job of giving you a fresh overall look - I like bright pinks or coral lipstick colours.

5. Take a multivitamin or more specifically vitamin B to give you energy and help you get through the day. Also drink lots of water to help your body stay hydrated.
