Rosehip Nourishing Hand Creme by Essano Review

This is a product that I just happened to walk past in Priceline and decided to pick it up. The Rosehip ingredient is definitely something that caught my eye and I was ready to try a new hand cream. The packaging is pretty with the pink and gold theme and looks nice on the bedside table.

Essano says: Only the ‘essence of nature’ feeds your hands the nourishment they need to overcome the drying effects of daily life, for younger looking, beautifully supple hands. Certified organic Rosehip Oil works with active natural botanical ingredients; Shea Butter and Jojoba to intensively hydrate and lock in moisture.

The texture of this hand cream is a white cream more on the thicker side. When you rub it on to your hands it does require a good massage as the texture is thicker. It applies well on the hands and within a minute or so absorbs in to the skin. You can still feel the cream on your hands, but within five to ten minutes it is completely absorbed. It has a rose scent which is pleasant and does make the hands feel nourished and soft.

The ingredients are interesting, certified organic rosehip oil with active natural botanical ingredients shea butter, jojoba and lanolin ( the lanolin is why the texture is thicker) Its great that this product has no parabens, harsh chemicals, sulphates, phthalates or petrochemicals.

I use this every night and really enjoy the way it feels, nourishes and keeps my hands soft. Definitely recommend this as a great hand cream if you are after a natural product that works to keep the hands soft and nourished.

The essano products are available at Priceline, Safeway and Coles supermarkets. This retails for $14.99aud.

Have you tried this hand cream?
